Post Race Party and North Sails Flag Presentation for LO300 and Susan Hood

On Friday, July 19, the North Sails Flag Presentation and post-race party will happen at Lakeshore Yacht Club. You don’t have to have won a flag to attend, everyone is welcome to come for the party. Dinner: Dinner is available at 6:00 pm. Please go here to purchase dinner tickets. Note that you do not need a ticket to attend the awards. Five boats from Quebec challenging in the 2019 LO300

With the start of the 2019 Lake Ontario 300 Challenge less than one week away, the field is shaping up to be another exciting event with lots of rivalries in more than one division. Of note is this year’s ‘invasion’ from Quebec: Welcome back Zoe II, the Beneteau First 40 from Yacht-Club de Québec, skippered by Francois Brassard. Zoe II was on the podium in 2013, the first year IRC was added to this race. Zoe II is joined in IRC by Hydromec, the Farr 40 from Club Nautique du Vieux-Port de Québec (CNVP), skippered by Dave Savard. Berthing at PCYC: If you would like to have your boat at PCYC overnight before or after the LO300 on Friday, July 12th, please use this link to inform PCYC and place your request. The cut off to book a slip is Wednesday July 10th at 5:00 pm. Friday, July 12, 2019: Mandatory Check-In: Check-in is at PCYC between 1000 and 1745 ahead of the Skippers' meeting.
