Skipper must select crew and send emails through Nautical Cloud to all of them. Skippers are also responsible to ensure that their crew have filled in all appropriate information before the race.

If from Ontario, the Skipper must belong to a Yacht Club that is a member of Ontario Sailing. If the Skipper is not a member of such a club they may instead be a member of Ontario Sailing Maple Fund.

The following documents must be completed to race. They must be submitted via Nautical Cloud, or via email to 'registrar@loor.ca' for the two items marked with an asterix below.
They must be fully completed before mandatory check-in.

​Rating Certificates:

The boat must have a current rating certificate that is current and valid for racing (PHRF-LO, ORC, or GLMRA) as appropriate. This does not have to be submitted but must be available on request. LOOR does not manage and cannot change rating or measurement systems.

Crew Waiver:

All crew must have completed the waiver which is on their crew corner on Yachtscoring. Crew Corner access is granted after the Skipper adds crew and emails them through Yachtscoring as stated above.

*50 % of crew participating must have participated in the drill and signed the sheet. It can be scanned or photographed and sent to registrar or handed at Mandatory Check-in. Crew Overboard form can be found here.
