RACE CHECK IN

Race Check-In and Skippers' Meeting is MANDATORY for all competitors. 

Race Check-In is in the PCYC clubhouse on Friday, July 15th, 2022. Ensure all documentation is complete with the Registrar, file your sail plan with the LO300 Race Committee and pick up your transponder.

The Participants Meeting starts at 7 p.m. It is an important informational meeting, including:

  • Welcome 

  • General Race Info – Race Chair Monica Doedens

  • Sailing Instructions – Race Officer Graham Dougall

  • Sail Plan discussion

  • Tracker Information

Prize Draws will occur during the meeting.

 

Be sure to bring as many of the crew as possible. The better informed you are, the less stress and confusion on the race course.
